1. Terms of service acceptance

Welcome to our file processing service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service description

We provide AI-based file processing services, including but not limited to:

  • Image processing: format conversion, compression, editing, watermarking, etc.
  • PDF processing: document compression, OCR recognition, page segmentation, encryption, etc.
  • Document processing: format conversion, translation, grammar checking, etc.
  • Audio processing: format conversion, compression, noise reduction, etc.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time, without prior notice.

3. User account

3.1 Account registration:

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including password confidentiality
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • If you discover that your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately

3.2 Account usage requirements:

  • One account can only be registered
  • Do not share accounts with others
  • Do not use false information to register

4. Usage restrictions

When using our services, you agree not to engage in the following behaviors:

  • Upload files containing viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
  • Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, or other inappropriate content
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures or technical restrictions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Use automated tools to upload large amounts of files (unless authorized)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
  • Infringe on the intellectual property of others
  • Engage in any behavior that may damage our reputation

5. File content responsibility

Important statement:

  • You are fully responsible for all file content you upload
  • We do not monitor or review file content
  • You guarantee that you have the legal right to use the files
  • You assume all legal responsibility for any file content

6. Paid services

6.1 Subscription and payment:

  • Paid services are billed monthly or annually
  • Fees are charged in advance when subscribing
  • All prices are inclusive of tax (if applicable)
  • Prices may change, but do not affect existing subscriptions

6.2 Automatic renewal:

  • Subscription services will automatically renew unless you cancel manually
  • You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in your account settings
  • After cancellation, the service will stop at the end of the current billing cycle

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our rights:

  • We own all intellectual property rights of the service platform
  • Including but not limited to software, algorithms, interface design, trademarks, etc.
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited

7.2 Your rights:

  • You retain all rights to the files you upload
  • The processed files belong to you
  • We do not claim any rights over your files

8. Disclaimer

Service provided "as is":

  • We do not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or error-free
  • We do not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the processing results
  • We do not assume any responsibility for any losses incurred by using the service
  • You assume all risks associated with using the service

9. Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 12 months
  • We do not assume any responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Including but not limited to profit loss, data loss, business interruption, etc.
